A beautiful townhouse in a small complex with a wonderful sea view. It has spacious living room with fireplace and dining area, a large fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor. Two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, one with 2 single beds and one with a double bed. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, built-in wardrobes and are equipped with air conditioning. From the bedrooms you have a great view of the surroundings and the sea. Large windows from the living room lead onto a lovely balcony with dining area and BBQ. Nearby is the communal pool of the complex with a beautifully landscaped garden and large grass area, which can also be used for sunbathing. You can reach the charming beaches, supermarkets and numerous of great restaurants on foot effortlessly

The area is excellent for water activities such as snorkelling, sailing, fishing. There is a variety of walking trails along the breathtaking cliffs or in the unspoilt countryside and mountains. There are several beaches within walking distance of the house. There is the delightful fisherman’s beach at Senhora Da Rocha and Armacao de Pera beach, which is one of the longest in the Algarve only 10-15 minutes walk away.
