The unique and autentic location for a real true contact with nature. Close to Ribeira Brava and Ponta do sol in the land that never end sun ! It is a single-family house on a plot of about 400 m, with a room with a double bed with its bathroom and one double room also with ensuite bathroom, . It has a spacious living room with a comfortble sofa and a kitchenette, It also has a dining table for 6 people and a bathroom for common use. The house has a porch next to a large terrace where there is a barbecue covered with firewood available to guests. Pool heating: There is an extra cost of 50EUR per day with a minimum of 7 days. In case of late check in: Check in until 22h00: free/no extra charge Check in between 22h00 and 00h00: 30EUR Check in after 00h00: 50EUR
