Vi var inte där så länge eftersom vi flög hem tidigt och lämnade hotellet kl 5 på morgonen. Trevlig personal och underbart läge och det läget hade jag spanat in under en tidigare vistelse i Lissabon. Man bor mitt i staden och ändå är det tyst. Parken är rogivande och vacker dagtid och tidig kväll. Nära metrostationen Parque. Nästa gång tänker jag bo där igen och stanna längre. |

nice staff, clean room (very soft towels :)), very good location (50m to metro station, walking distance to the center), tasty breakfast there is no wi-fi coverage in the rooms in upper flors |

The staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. The metro is about 5 minutes walkand and the airport bus about 10 minutes walk. The breakfast hall was gloomy. The double room was small for 2 people. It may e that this is what one should expect in Lisbon. |

nice quiet location, approx 20 min walk to city center. room small and dated but adequate. Would not recommend the hotel restaurant for evening meal. |

The location The hotel staff were rude. When I was trying to pay, may 3 cards (2 VISA and one Mastercard) did not work and he insinuated that it was my problem and kept saying that was my card, putting me in a unconfortable position. But it wasn't since I could withdraw money in the nearest ATM at the same time. Very bad staff. |

Excellently situated in Lisbon, close to good shopping and Parque Eduardo VII. Good, quick access by Taxi to Airport and Bus Terminal, and very handy for the Metro Parque station. Staff were extremely helpfull and friendly, nil language problems. No restaurant for dinner on weekends. |

It was very central, clean the staff understood english. The breakfast had a very good menu. For a three star hotel it met my expections. |

The reception staff were very nice ... the breakfast reasonable (standard for Portugal). Rooms were very old and run-down (quite sad, actually). WiFi was costly ... at this point in time, internet should be free (many hotels at this price and less give it free ... in Portugal and elsewhere). |

Situated in central yet quiet position within easy reach (walking distance for me) of main-line rail stations, the Metro and El Corte Inglés department store. Breakfast was not extensive but everything was fresh and the coffee good. I considered it good value and would stay there again It is a bit dreary due the the lack of natural light but I think this could be improved especially in the dinning room. |

The staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful. The room was very clean. The air conditioning is pre-set, and it took 30-60 minutes for the room temperature to be comfortable. There was a crowd at breakfast and the buffet dishes were not refilled very promptly. |

It was great value for the price. The location was convenient, The airport bus and other buses were only about a 5 minute walk away. The underground was even closer. The breakfast buffet had hot and cold items as well as fresh fruit and nutritious cereal. |

The rooms were clean and comfortable with wi-fi and views of the park. The location is fantastic walking distance to most places but also excellent access to most public transport. All staff incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about their city and happy to assist. Excellent value for money. |

Very friendly and helpful staff, they even gave us possibility to chose from two rooms (with and without view), very good room service, clean and spacious room. Central location, our room was overlooking the park and very quiet street. Metro station is just around the corner. Somewhat unpleasant smell in the corridors. |
