Fully-equipped apartment with sea view, next to the Lavadores beach - a rich in iodine coastline - successively awarded with the Blue Flag and surrounded by 15 kms of bike path and walkways, along the sea and the river Douro. It has two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and provides all the comfort and peace to the perfect seaside vacation, but still close enough from the Porto and Gaia city centres (about 10 minutes). The apartments offers a very quiet and warming atmosphere so you can feel immediately at home. It has a very spacey living/dining area that gets tons of light during the day and a balcony with sea view, perfect to enjoy the sunlight. It's a great place for families and small groups of friends looking for some nice days by the beach, but close enough to the exciting city of Porto. *Washing machine temporarily out of service. **Please note that it's not possible to fill the bathtub as the drain cannot be closed. The bathtub is intended for shower use only and is not suitable for soaking baths. ***During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

It is recommended to visit: Afurada, where is the fishing area, to taste a good fresh fish and the Douro Marina awarded this year with blue flag; Miramar, where the mystical chapel is located on top of a giant rock, surrounded by the sea and the renowned "Miramar Golf Club"; Aguda Beach, in addition to inviting you to enjoy a good fresh fish (fishing zone) between baths, invites you to contemplate a vast expanse of sand and sea to lose sight of. The large expanse of sand borders on a beautiful dune landscape and natural vegetation, in addition to: • Museum of Fisheries that exhibits artisanal fishing equipment, • Aquarium that shows the local aquatic fauna and flora, mainly marine; • Department of Education and Research, dedicated to marine ecology, fisheries and aquaculture. Granja, in the middle of the sea there is a salt water pool with 25 mts by 16.6 mts, with bar and restaurant. Its location by the sea allows the use of salt water, after being properly treated, for therapeutic purposes such as thalassotherapy (15 June to 30 September, every day from 9am to 7pm).
