I mistakenly chose the wrong room during my booking, and when explained i was offered a quick solution. Roland, the hotel manager, Nassim, the restaurant manager, and the whole staff were amazingly warm and welcoming. It was only my second stay at this hotel, but it felt like home with all the kindness and the attention received. My suite was beautiful, well equipped, clean, with a nice view on the sea. Everything was great! Staff were friendly with a warm welcome. However, the property manager is a bit rude and thinks he is better than his guests. He should treat his guest with the respect they deserve like talking to them if they brought up a concern. This review could have been a 10 if not for the property manager!
