Beliggenhet, service. Det var bare helt fantastisk!!!

Da vi kom opp på rommet, oppdaget vi raskt at det var en bordlampe som ikke lyste. Vi ga beskjed om dette. Det skjedde ikke noe. Vi ga beskjed til 4 ulike personer uten at det sdkjedde noe. Da ga vi opp.

I thought the Bellagio was very beautiful and classy. We visited many of the other hotels on the strip and thought Bellagio was one of the better ones for convenience, elegance and class. Our room overlooked the lake and had a great view of the fountain show and the strip. The staff was very professional and friendly from the start to the finish. I highly recommend this hotel.

Wished the refridgerator was not stocked so that I could use the fridge. Also the bathroom could use a fan and another sink.

the hotel was absolutely amazing. beatiful and really fantastic

i didn't like the front desk service. prior leaving one day, i have asked to separate my expences like room charge and extras. the clerk did it as i wanted and i got rough copy of bill as room charge and extras in separate papers next day during checkout another clerk told that it's not possible and they can't provide me with the room charge papers. it was really irritative...

I had booked 2 rooms for 4 nights (have 2 teenage boys) and they couldn't put the two rooms on the same floor so they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom 2000sq f suite! Just awesome overlooking the fountains - made our stay just perfect! the location is best on the strip and walking distance to everything! buffet breakfast great but be prepared to wait in queue!

1) Fountains - but you dont need to stay at the hotel to watch it 2) Decoration of the main hall was great. 3) O show is fantastic - but again - you dont need to stay in the hotel to watch it After two nights at Bellagio we moved out to Wynn - that is a real 5-star hotel

- Too many people in the lobby/casino - you really have to push yourself through the crowd. - huge queue at the reception for check in/out - all the time - huge queue to get to breakfast - old carpets on the ground floor - looks filthy - the windows of our room were looking at the highway and the hotel waste facilities. Every night at around 2-3 in the morning they were throuwing out empty bottles - this was waking us up. - Post delivery service - is useless - they could not deliver the package to my room which they had for 3 days - I had to go myself to business center to get it. And then I was charged 10 USD for the service.

The bedrooms were very well furnished and comfortable. The food in the Bellagio cafe was very good and well priced. The fountains performance were exceptionally good and a stunning display.

The food and drinks in the main restaurants were overly expensive. I found $13 for a glass of mediocre Chardonnay rather excessive. My husband and I ate in Olives one evening and although the food was good it did not warrant the gourment prices charged, particularly when sitting at a bar to eat it! We are an English couple and used to paying high prices for meals but I feel that the food and drinks prices in your hotel and also in a lot of the other 5* hotels in Las Vegas now becoming rather 'greedy' and excessively high.

Concierge service

Reception area was chaotic and felt like Grand Central Central Station and check-in very slow with long lines and few staffed stations. Smoke filled casino.

Beautifully designed, awesome pool area.

Fountain show ends at midnight, would have been nice to be told that when we checked in and paid more for a room with a view only to miss the show.

We had a big and comfortable room, although the carpet had quite some stains.

Would not expect stains on the carpet for a Hotel of this category and the price.

This hotel was everything I had hoped it would be. We had a lake view room and watched the fountains every night. Fantastic place to stay in middle of the "strip". Loved it!!!!

The hotel is elegant, celan, nice and close to fwy etc.
