Some old facilities.
Not particularly good location Worn out interior Insanly slow wifi Overpriced for what the got to offer
Nice, clean hotel and so easy to hail cabs!
Available free parking. The eclectic furnishings & decor. Also, being able to buy long johns, etc for an unexpected stay in DC.
It was Avery nice hotel overall
the tub was dirty I had to clean it myself
The location, the hotel was smelly, the free wifi was really slow, if you want proper internet you must upgrade, etc.
Leaving Breakfast was ok
Had to change rooms 3 times, first smelt second had 5mm ice form on windows. Bad info on shuttles from staff. Not a nice place
Friendly staff and comfortable stay
Wifi could be faster
The room was clean and the cleaners did a good job every day.
No coffee pot or small refrigerator. No close restraunts.
Location and staff
Smell of the room, awful window, depressing atmosphere
Walking distance to subway stations. McDonald's nearby. great room and facilities.
Shuttle bus instructions werent clear (left from road not front door)
Eagerness for assistance of the personnel Location
No refrigerator in the rooms. No minibar Wi-Fi terrible No selection at the breakfast (even no cheese) No water heater for coffee or tea in the rooms
Great experience, friendly helpful staff and clean hotel. Taxis available outside hotel door but most landmarks within walking distance and easy to find. Room a good size whilst bathroom compact but still good. Restaurant in hotel and a McDonald's a few steps across the road. Area felt safe and quiet. Would definitely recommend to budget travellers.
Loved the room and bed. Very comfortable.
I asked were there any other charges, Front Desk Rep says no. Then I see an incidental charge on my card.
I found the location so near the Arena Stage just what we wanted. It was a 10 minute walk at most. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The free parking was certainly a perk.
It is helpful to know the best directions to where you are going. Gordon Biersch wwas difficult to find on foot at night.
Access to transit and skyline view of the hotel!
Excellent staff, could not have been treated better. They helped us with getting cabs and transport for my son for an audition. I was very impressed.
Staff was great, very helpful, i didn't find remote in the room, and they have given free breakfast, beds are very comfortable, they should improve cleaning somehow in the entire hotel. Location is quite central.
Internet was a joke, you receive the free one, but it is very slow, so you have to upgrade .
WiFi，the signal is a little poor
go right away, especially if you are at all interested in the Nationals baseball, or anything on the National Mall.
the incredibly slow wi-fi
Location location location & great price
Bed was too soft
Staff was friendly and helpful. Underground garage parking included with room. Rooms and facilities were clean and tastefully decorated. Proximity to Nationals Park and the greater downtown Washington area was convenient and the main reason for choosing this hotel.
Only ice machine is located on the bottom floor. Rooms are fairly small.
There is nothing to like about this "hotel".
This is the first time I truly felt cheated by booking.com and the staff of the hotel. The pictures are nothing like thr actual room, the hotel staff was very rude from the start, i cancelled even though I wasn't going to get my money back, but I still couldn't stay there for a minute.
For normally fit people: walking diatance to Capitol. Nice rooms. 6 blocks from very good Safeway store.
WIFI was slow.
