Best Western Grant Park Hotel

The hotel is easy to access and has a great location, within walking distance to shopping and sightseeing. It's convenient to fetch a cab and if you need airport transfer the airport express also makes stops at this hotel.

Cleaniless was ok but not fantastic. Under my bed I found a remote control, a pen and a belt (!).

The location was great for the price, a 25 minute walk to downtown - close enough to sightsee but far enough away that you got a taste of chicago non-tourist life :) And the hotel is right next to Yolk, the best breakfast place in town!!

The windows had so much condensation that you could hear it dripping during the night... but as long as we kept our things away from it so they didn't get wet it was fine! Acceptable for the price :)

Nice hotel for its price, clean and safe, free internet was handy, nice location.

The heating/airconditioning system was too old and noisy, and made the air in the room feel unfresh.

The hotel is located right at the downtown center so that it is very convenient for us to tour the Chicago downtown.

it was right by muesums and u could walk were u needed to go.

one elevator didnt go to floor 9.

It was convient to all transportation routes.

The vallet parking took 50 minutes to get us our car which made us late for a golf tee time.

I thought the location was great and the value for the cost was great. we'd stay again

The staff could not have been more hospitable. Loved it.

I did not like that you did not have access to your car with out a vallet, i did not want to tip a vallet everytime I needed an item out of my car

Das Hotel überzeugt vor allem aufgrund seiner Lage. Praktisch über die Straße liegen die Parks am Michigan-See, Shedd-Aquarium und Field Museum sind zu Fuß in zehn Minuten erreichbar. Auch in den Loop kann man problemlos laufen. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Im Hotel befindet sich ein kleines Restaurant, in dem man relativ preiswert ein gutes Früstück bekommt (ca. neun USD).

Im Preis ist kein Frühstück enthalten. Etwas abgewohnt. Normaler Zimmerpreis etwas hoch, daher frühzeitige Internetbuchung zu empfehlen. Dann stimmt das Preisleistungsverhältnis.

A localização é ótima permitindo andar a pé por todo a parte central de Chicago inclusive na magnificent mile. Local seguro e limpo a cem metros do metrô em frente temos o Aquario e o planetário , um grande museu, onibus à vontade e várias universidades.òtima localização.

El personal es muy amable, amigable y sobre todo tratan de ayudar en el idioma. El servicio es bueno.

Falta indicaciones sobre el agua para beber, ya que no se registra que se puede beber agua de la llave.
