Nothing other than the helpful and polite staff. The hotel was grossly over priced. Facilities were inadequate for the number of rooms. Only a very limited breakfast service was on offer. |

All staff we encountered were very helpful! Thought the price of $333 (taxes et. al.) was high given the small room. Glad for the breakfast. Trying to park upon arrival was impossible so sought parking on own |

Location was wonderful, the rooms were clean and the staff were great. Rooms were very small but we knew this and only had a small amount of luggage. For a family of four it was perfectly fine as we were only in the rooms for sleeping. |

The location is good, however the room given was extremely small, 4.3 mts x 4.3 meters with a king size bed, and practically no space to go around the room. As a matter of fact I had to ask for the only desk chair to be removed from the room as I practically had to jump over the bed to get to my side. The room was far too small. The breakfast room was a nightmare. Seating capacity was 7 small tables X 16 chairs for a hotel with approx 160 guests. - I am surprised how the tourism authority allows such standards. - I shall definitely not recommend this hotel. Comfort Inn is really the wrong name for the Hotel. |

good location asked for ice,front desk said machine was broken but someone would bring some up. waited three hours, none came. had to walk two blocks to store to buy ice for two days/ asked room service for extra blanket but they didn't leave it/ room next door having party until 4 in morning, when we complained to front desk at 2 am they didn't help. |

1. The front desk personnel were very helpful. 2. The location was very good: easy walking distance to airport connections, subway and bus routes. The room, while clean and modern, had little room between the large bed and areas to sit in. |
