暖房がまったく効いていなく、とても寒かった。スイッチで暖房に切り替えても冷房の状態だった。バスタブは- 壊れているし、排水に時間がかかる。バスマットも無い。清潔感がまったくない。 |

場所がすごくいい。ブロードウエイの「マンマミーア」のシアターまで徒歩２分ぐらい。それから、警備がしっ- かりしているので、安心できる。高層階の部屋（３８階）だったので、景色がよかった。請求書が夜中の内に部- 屋の中に入れられていて､部屋で確認が出来る。それから、私は使いませんでしたが､テレビでもチェックアウ- トができて、忙しい人にはフロントに並ぶ時間のロスがない。 部屋の壁が薄いせいか､廊下から宿泊客の声や掃除機をかける音などが聞こえてきてしまう。それから、空調の- 調節が上手くいかず､部屋が寒かった｡コーヒーメーカー（紅茶もＯＫ）を使ったあと、フィルターを開けるた- めのボタンがあるが、そこを思いっきり押すと、勢いでバシャッとカスが飛び散る・・・ |

今回で３回目の滞在です。マンハッタンでは、ホテルを予約するのに利便性がトップ・プライオリティなのでタ- イムズスクエアにある貴ホテルはまさにぴったりです。特にミュージカルのなどは徒歩圏内にあるのがなにより- 魅力的です。 リノベーションされていたのは良いのですが、エントランスが前にもまして分りづらい・・。あと携帯電話が部- 屋の中（２３階）では圏外指定となり使えなかったのは不便でした。携帯電話はNTT DOCOMO（ATT回線利用だと思う）。廊下でもELV横の窓際だけは使えた。これは携帯の会社によるも- の？Docomoだけなのか？他会社利用は使えるのかは不明ですが。。。不便な思いをしました。 |

チェックイン時間前に到着し、チェックイン手続きし、鍵はチェックイン時間になってから渡すということだっ- たので、その時間以後に再度フロントへ。カギをもらって部屋に行くと、すでに別のお客さんが入室されており- 、別の部屋を要求すると、掃除がまだなので30分待ってほしいとのこと。30分たってフロントヘ行くと、ま- た30分待ってほしいとのこと。最終的には、元の部屋よりいい部屋を準備してもらえましたが、対応がころこ- ろ変わることに少し不信感を感じました。 |

I have stayed at this hotel a few times before on trips to nyc. The location of the hotel is very accessible to the theatre and shopping that is around Times Square and Broadway. The staff has always been helpful, and the level of service is exceptional. I would not hesitate to stay here again. |

Unfortunately for the charges incured and the name of the hotel the service provided was low. From the day I checked in to the day of my departure I was given contradictory and false information. During my stay, the hotel was busy but that is not an excuse for the poor service provided by the some of the staff. Classic example of that was my laundry not being delivered till the last day. I had to get the room card keyed repeatedly. It seems the staff did not think I was eligible to enter the priority club. Even the taxi guys at the front did not want to take passengers unless they were going to the airport. The level of service provided was extremely low. Definitely not a five or four star hotel standard. Will not stay at the Crowne Plaza Time Square hotel again. There are plenty of other choices. |

the closeness to broadway and the easiness of seeing tourist attractions. the concierge was always very helpful and friendly. the bathtub water control was very hard to get to hot water. very time consuming at times |

the service at reception was not the 4* service. the person was very irritated and rude. they made an error and gave our rooms to another client, the same morning that we arrived. so when we wanted to check in, they were not available. and when we wanted to understand what happen, the receptionist started yelling at us. very disapointed !!!!! |

Amaizing location and helpful staff. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definately come back. There was no fan in the bathroom or maybe it wasn't working. Also there were red stains on the carpet. Initially, the toilet wasn't flashing properly, this was reported and looked into. On the day we checked in, there were hairs in the bathroom. |

The location is absolutely superb, close to the most important spots in NY; the room was a corner room at the executive floor, very comfortable, silent, with a great view of the Hudson river. The staff was globally quite professional, helpful and polite, even in not so common situations; after my arrival, and when I was waiting for my luggage in my room, the doorman call me to confirm how many bags did I have, since apparently, they missed one; fortunately, they found it uneventfully about 30 minutes later and brought it to me with a big apology! The breakfast at the executive lounge could have more variety and the staff there could be a little more polite (the only exception among all the staff I've contacted with). The food available at room service wasn't fantastic but the service was quite good. The lobby is always terribly crowded but, after all, you shouldn't stay at Times Square if you want just some peace and quiet, right? |

the beds were extremely comfortable On checkin our rooms had been given away so we had to squash in to other rooms. Apparently this is standard practice the rooms are allocated on a 1st come basis. Not very helpful when you are travelling in a party of 7. after a period of time this was resolved with a roll away bed. |
