Crowne Plaza Times Square

場所がすごくいい。ブロードウエイの「マンマミーア」のシアターまで徒歩２分ぐらい。それから、警備がしっ- かりしているので、安心できる。高層階の部屋（３８階）だったので、景色がよかった。請求書が夜中の内に部- 屋の中に入れられていて､部屋で確認が出来る。それから、私は使いませんでしたが､テレビでもチェックアウ- トができて、忙しい人にはフロントに並ぶ時間のロスがない。

部屋の壁が薄いせいか､廊下から宿泊客の声や掃除機をかける音などが聞こえてきてしまう。それから、空調の- 調節が上手くいかず､部屋が寒かった｡コーヒーメーカー（紅茶もＯＫ）を使ったあと、フィルターを開けるた- めのボタンがあるが、そこを思いっきり押すと、勢いでバシャッとカスが飛び散る・・・

チェックイン時間前に到着し、チェックイン手続きし、鍵はチェックイン時間になってから渡すということだっ- たので、その時間以後に再度フロントへ。カギをもらって部屋に行くと、すでに別のお客さんが入室されており- 、別の部屋を要求すると、掃除がまだなので30分待ってほしいとのこと。30分たってフロントヘ行くと、ま- た30分待ってほしいとのこと。最終的には、元の部屋よりいい部屋を準備してもらえましたが、対応がころこ- ろ変わることに少し不信感を感じました。

The room was spacious and luxurious and the staff friendly and helpful and the location was excellent for what my friend and i wanted to do e.g.shopping and sightseeing in nyc.

suite was not foreseen for 3 people. 1 person needed to sleep on foldable bed!!!!

The location of the hotel and the quality of the rooms, although not flawless

At first a noisy room on the top (concierge) floor, right under a resonant airco-installation on the roof. After two nights we were given a much better room on a lower floor.

Good location on Times square

I found the hotel quite impersonal. Without informing me at check-in, they gave me a different room than I booked. After complain, they still gave me a different room with the excuse that no Concierge Tower room that I originally booked was available, even if it was 6PM! Sunday morning, Concierge Lounge was so crowded, that there wasno seating available for breakfast. Had to wait at least 15 minutes.

Location, service and amenities were all topnotch. If you want to take advantage of everything Manhattan has to offer, this is an excellent place to stay.

yes, they didnot put on TV inspite of asking twice. No display of phone nos of housekeeping/frontdesk.

the position was fantastic and the staff were very helpful, room was large and beds good.

the concierge lounge was the worst we have ever encountered, the evening nibbles were a disgrace and not replenished and there should be a few free drinks for the extra paid, certailnly not up to internationaql standards. Air too hot in the bedrooms
