This three-bedroom and two-bathroom duplex is your home away from home recently renovated with new tile flooring, kitchen appliances, and furniture. The property sits directly across the street from a quiet park with an excellent pavilion for hosting events, a picnic area, a walking path, and fitness stations. The home is immaculately clean and very well-maintained with a fully stocked new kitchen, one king and two queen beds, large closets, smart TVs in every room, super-fast WiFi, a brand-new workstation (desk, chair, reading light), two parking spaces, a barbecue, outdoor seating, and cornhole for fun while grilling! Also important to note, Parkside Place is close to everything including Las Olas Riverfront (2.3 miles) where you'll find restaurants, bars, shopping, and the very convenient and world-famous Fort Lauderdale Water Taxi. Aside from also being a short drive to the beach (4 miles to central Fort Lauderdale Beach), this home is a few minutes drive to classic South Florida seafood like Rendezvous Seafood Restaurant and Marina (6-minute drive), Boatyard Seafood and Marina (8-minute drive), and Southport Raw Bar and Restaurant (8-minute drive). A great place for weekly and monthly rentals.
