La stanza era invasa da scarafaggi. La stanza in cui siamo stati trasferiti (la porta di fronte) non sembrava essere infestata. |

I liked the cheap price and the location was right off the main cable car route so it was easy to get to the transportation. The hotel was clean and kept. I was on the second floor and the WIFI was good in my room. The hotel had smelly pillows. No fan in the room made it hard to cool off. I would not stay there in the middle of the hot times. My room was on the street and it was very noisy but i was able to sleep through all that. |

Proximity to central SF is excellent, really good place to stay if travelling alone and just need somewhere to park your carcass. Sushi place next door was also very good. The corridors smelled a little like cat litter and the place was a little shabby |

The hotel was in an excellent location and provided very good value for money as a budget hotel. The lobby was nice and bright with free internet. At $85 this was a snip. The hotel was on the shabby side and needed a makeover. ALso the breakfast was minimal but then I stayed at the Huntingdon ($195) that offered no breakfast at all. |

Room was newly renovated and very good for price. Location is excellent, quite close to union square and cable car. There is parking accross the street at sprecial rates for guests. Breakfast was included, but fairly minimal. Just basic coffee and average pastries. WiFi was included but only available in lobby, should have been available in room. |

Low cost hotel but clean and very good value for money. Easy walking distance to Union Square and shops. Basic continental breakfast in reception but found it better taking it back to room. Outside looked tatty and next to Adult theatre - but give it a chance - ideal for keeping costs down and we would go back! |

Its location is very convenient and the bathroom was spotless The "continental breakfast" was not quite so. The coffee machine was broken and they did not have enough food for us, even though we went relative early to get it. |

We read comments on the site about the noise, but did not have any inconvenience, so we were positively surprised. Nice hotel near Union Square. Car rental office across the street! |

Cost and close to areas visited (Union Square area, SF, CA) There was an odor, in elevator etc., and they need to work on this, as I saw a few reviews about this prior to our stay. Also, their website needs to be enhanced. The rooms were recently remodeled and that showed that owners cared about the hotel and service was good. I would recommend to those looking for an alternative to higher cost hotels. |

The location was great. Staff was helpful. An ice machine and small refrigerators in the room would be helpful. Juice and dry cereals etc.. would enhance breakfast. |
