Location was very close to where we needed to be and close to food options. Jet tub in the room was nice. Clean and staff was nice. Made sure we had a ground-level room the morning of our check-in
The bed was comfy. I slept well. The staff was nice.

The only issue that I had with my stay was the hotub was not working like I was told would be. And the bathtub had a bunch of black curly hairs in it 🤮
Overall the stay was good. But the bathtub was my biggest concern because it obviously was not cleaned properly.

Disappointed that the heat was not on in the room prior to my arrival has I had made a reservation for the room. Also disappointed that I had to go through the process of programming the tv. Also I had to mess with the electrical cords to get everything to work.

Need to watch when paying with cash. We still got charged on our card and after many phone calls no results just kept saying no one paid with cash that day. So I believe someone pocketed the cash. After looking at the receipt it only showed the card transaction.

WAS INFORMED BY HOUSEKEEPING ONLY 4 TOWELS WERE ALLOWED PER ROOM. I HAD 2 13 YEAR OLD GIRLS WITH ME AND THAT SIMPLY WAS NOT ENOUGH! VERY RUDE WHEN I ASKED FOR CLEAN LINENS WHICH WERE NEVER PUT IN THE ROOM. ONLY WHEN I ASKED FOR THEM. CARPET WAS STICKY AND TURNED FEET BLACK!
The hotel was nicely updated and had a wonderful dining breakfast area that you could just sit and enjoy. The staff went above and beyond when we had a problem and were so courteous. We also were there for the eclipse and they had a basket of glasses available. We just went outside and laid on the grass enjoying the event.
Stay was quiet and room was very clean. Check in was prompt. Numerous restaurants were close by which made it convenient after an 8 hour drive, didn't really want to drive more after the initial trip, so it was nice to see the restaurants close by. Breakfast was ready as described by Hotel, coffee was pretty good also.
I really liked that the rooms where clean and spacious. The place was big and cozy. Front desk was very helpful and the interior and exterior of the hotel was very clean and new. The rooms where recently remodeled. Lots of amenities and restaurants near by. Location is amazing.
Bloomington was completely full so this was just a place to stop on our way, all we did was sleep here. The bed was just OK. The location might be a little hard to find if you don't use your GPS but it was with all the budget hotels in Seymour just off the highway.
I made a reservation for my brother-in-law. Upon arrival to the hotel, he provided his confirmation number and pin, but was told there was no reservation. He was denied a room
Hotel is under remodeling. We got room with everything new and fresh. New mattress and carpet. There was clean. We also got the bag of goodies. I highly recommend that place!
