Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Gorgeous home in the heart of Salt Lake City. Perfect for that city dweller who loves being close to it all. Meticulously designed and renovated, featuring custom high-end finishes, luxury flooring, and beautiful landscaping. Within walking distance of all of your favorite coffee shops and restaurants, just minutes from downtown. The space is a residential home on a corner lot that is divided into two units. Each unit has its separate entrance. The upstairs unit is for guests, and the downstairs unit is the host's residence.
