Location Not a big deal - but the young Concierage on duty at about noon was not well schooled in customer service. |

Great view of the city. Very comfortable bed. All very clean and chic. Great central location. Very helpful staff Charges for everything: the water in the room, extortionate parking, expensive internet access, unbelievably expensive breakfast which looked like it was $17 per person and came out at $24. The health club was a little limited. I thought there was a swimming pool but there wasn't. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful without being intrusive.Received a free upgrade to a suite without even asking which really made our trip! I have already recommended this hotel to colleagues! |

We only had a short stay - stopover of 2 days as we were on route to Canada. Close proximity to Union Square / Cable Car and city shopping and ofcourse the easy access from SFO Airport via the BART. $10 return trip each was a steel.
Not a thing - was just perfect and I would stay again, actually I would go out of my way to stay there again |
