The hotel is very close to Six Flags Magic Mountain. We arrived very late in the evening and were very tired. Owner offered us an upgrade to a deluxe-suite and we slept like 2 little babies! Awesome room!

We didn't really mind it that much, but you could hear the train passing by.

Good location and very clean rooms.

Ice machine was out of service with no backup available so I had to go to a store to buy ice. Small refer didn't get cold when we turned the dial down. When we left and I told them about it they said "you need to turn the other dial to 'on'! Didn't see that dial and it would of been nice to have been told that when we arrived.

Clean. newly remodeled. special attention to detail. whoever did the remodeling took pride. comfortable. big refrigerator and microwave. cheap price. friendly staff. would defineately stay here again. i left my medication in the room and the cleaning personel turned it into the office instead of throwing it away.

could use a cofee maker but there was coffee available in the lobby anyway. by train track but not a big deal

Based on your published reviews, we expected a quality level of perhaps Comfort Inn. Instead it was like a poor Motel 6 or TravelLodge. Very disappointed

The Design and Comfort of the rooms. The Santa Clarita Inn is the best I have stayed in California. It easily beats out the High Priced Chains in the area.

Convenient for pct access and Six Flags magic Mountain. Staff were friendly and polite. Room was adequate for all our needs. Good value for money.

I was really surprised how nice the hotel room was for that low of a price. The bed were very comfy and the room in general look nicely renovated. I checked on the website to see if there were a time limit on when to check in. It said 11:30 p.m. I got there around 12:11 a.m. afraid that they wouldn't let me check in but the gentleman that checked me in didn't say anything about it. Very nice guy too. I also liked how nice they were to have me reserve a room at such a last minute. I reserved a room online around 10 p.m. and was able to check in shortly after that. Great staff, great room. I would definitely recommend this motel to other travelers.

It was clean and nicely renovated with tile bathroom.

It was a bit noisy by the train and busy road.

the guy at the office gave my a free upgrade to a very nice deluxe king room. all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. everything was nice and clean. the wifi was strong and the tv had hbo. good location for sixflags. I even prolonged my stay, going back there the after a baseball game in LA.

Its a bit near to some railway tracks. but I only heard one train during daytime.

Rooms are large and comfortable, with fridge and microwave, free wifi, and there's an on site coin laundry.

Everything. The clerk was rude and I could barely understand him. They gave us a smoking room when I reserved non-smoking. No hair dryer when it said on the website there was. Problems with the shower. Worst stay ever.

i asked for a couple extra pillows and was completely ignored just wasnt satisfied with my stay at all even without that issue !

The staff was courteous, helpful, and efficient. Noticed I was checking out brochures for a future trip to the area and pulled out a special guide to Santa Clarita. Would definitely stay again if I was going to be in the LA Area

Nice bed sheets and pillows, and it was cheap.

I requested in my reservation that I did not want to be near an ice machine and preferred the second floor, non-smoking. First thing they did was give me a smoking room, when I asked to change I ended up in the room on the first floor closest to the road and next to the ice machine/laundry/vending area. I was too exhausted to argue and had to go to bed. The room was clean but was totally saturated with chemical odors and I had an allergy attack. The place is located by a busy road and a railway. It was kind of ridiculous. Also, the heating/cooling unit kept "ticking" all night long.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great prices on the rooms and the rooms were very nice!

Not what I expected. I paid or deluxe, but the room I got was not what was pictured. Close to train tracks so it was load when the train was passing through.

Parking is a little limited went out for a reunion came back to no parking had to park on street but that was no problem
