Guests have the private home located on the ground level with two private entrances and a private fenced yard for their furry friends. There is a basement home downstairs that is empty and currently being renovated. Easy, self check in with a keypad! Fast Wi-Fi, two Smart TVs, new Washer and Dryer, comfortable living room furniture, Games, Toys and Books. Pack and play for children and small dog bed and bowls are available. Multiple pets are welcome at this property! One pet fee per stay, not per pet! 4 - 0 There is an actively recording audio and video doorbell camera located at the front door for security. Two way audio possible between owner and anyone ringing the bell. Camera faces public outside space and there are no cameras located anywhere else. Cleanliness is our top priority. Downtown neighborhood less than a mile from the LDS temple. Neighborhood is quiet. We love hosting all our guests and expect them to have fun and feel relaxed and comfortable during their stay. Expect to hear fireworks for a few weeks leading up to July 4th in this neighborhood, and on the first and last games of the Chukars baseball season. No smoking, drugs or parties please and thank you!
