The second level of this townhome features a spacious living area, a quality kitchen, and a dining area that leads out to a large patio that is perfect for dining al fresco! An open staircase takes you upstairs to the third level where there are two suites that feature large private baths, built in cabinetry, and walk-in closets. One of the suites opens to a large private sun deck that spans the width of the house. The other suite has a queen bed and a murphy bed that folds down to another comfy queen bed. This suite also features a separate work space for those who must stay in touch with the office while on vacation. A third private bedroom on the ground floor opens to the beautifully landscaped backyard and pool. Outside, a shaded patio overlooks the spacious fenced-in backyard complete with a tropical pool and hot tub - perfect for your family to enjoy! Other amenities include a utility closet with a washer/dryer and a half bath on the second level perfect for daytime living. Villa del Mar is a very short walk to the beach and also within walking distance to several island restaurants and entertainment. But for those who wish to dine in, the quality kitchen is spacious and fully equipped for the chef to entertain and enjoy! Wristbands are required by the HOA of some complexes. Fees vary depending on # of guests, ages, and dates of stay, and are charged separately. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. until our office closes. After-hour arrivals are subject to a USD 50 after-hour arrival fee (+tax/processing), which is charged separately. This property is pet/animal friendly and is subject to a USD 100 animal fee (+tax/processing) per animal, which is charged separately.
