Everything except the shuttle. We went to the lobby at 6:05 pm for a 6:30 game at Coors Field. The shuttle didn't come until 6:50 and we missed the first half hour of the game. Then when we called to be picked up, they told us 10-15 minutes and we rushed out of the game and waited 30 minutes in the rain with our two small children. The hotel hotel needs a second shuttle.

Nice Location. Friendly staff. They charged us $149 on our cred.it card but we locked in at $109 on Bookit.com. Was very upset about this.

We attended the Denver Bronco playoff game and love the convience of the location and the resturant and bar on the top level. Other guest did complain to us that on floors 8-11 smelled very bad of smoke (the smoking floors are 9-10) but were we were on level 12 we had no issues Location and convience of resturant in hotel

I enjoyed our room and the veiw of the city...as well as the location to the Broncos Field. The restaurant/bar needs to look at major event staffing and customer service! We were told that the football games are their biggest attractions...Why not staff for it??? 1 lousy bartender to 1 Server does not quite cut it. I would have spent big money for great service.

Great Hotel. Great location. Only drawback was we were there for business and the other 100,000 people were their for the football game...that we weren't aware of. Interesting at least :)

Overall an "ok" at best experience. I could not sleep until 4AM...a dog was barking for hours....I Called the front desk and they were trying to resolve it...but somehow it still went on for hours. No thanks.

The price of the room and check in at any time. The van service to the city. Large comfortable bed with in room dining and the views. Hotel hallway look could use a update to a more modern look. And bathrooms could be updated as well but stil clean.

We stayed at Hotel VQ to attend a concert at the Pepsi Center. The hotel was close and offered shuttle service to and from the concert. The rooms were not luxurious, but met our needs. Although our waiter was not very efficient, the atmosphere and our meals were excellent. The desk staff as well as the shuttle drivers were all very friendly. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Denver anytime! Wish we would have had the option of 2 queen sized beds rather than 2 double sized beds. Also have gotten used to having a fridge in hotel rooms and this hotel does not offer this either.

It was a perfect location for going to the Broncos match. I had read some reviews that it wasn't the nicest place to stay, but I felt that it is a 3-star hotel and a good one. I agree with some comments that parts of it look like it could be refurbished (maybe they're slowly doing it), but the room was comfortable, the sports bar was good and the foyer was modern, so the important things were good! Bearing in mind the price and location, it was perfect. I only stayed long enough to go to the Broncos game, so can't comment on anything else.

The staff were helpful, free Internet and its relative newness. The location was not near downtown, but across a big highway. There was a shuttle-bus available to access downtown, however, which I didn't use. It seemed like the ideal hotel for sports-goers as it was next to the large stadium in Denver.

We are not related and so sleeping together was mot an option

Nice and courteous staff. Helpful employees. I will be contacting Bookit.com about overbooking this hotel. I booked a double bed/room and when I checked in, there were none available. I had to sleep on a cot.

The staff was pleasant. Excellent location next to Mile High Stadium. My cell phone was stolen from the hotel shuttle, and the staff was very helpful. Nice view of the city. Very, very dated. A little dirty. Cheap amenities (paper cups, shampoo, etc.), stains on carpet and furniture, not enough linens - none at all the second day. Wireless didn't work, shuttle service very, very slow. Game parking pass process could be better. Elevators extremely slow; vending should be available on every floor. Would only recommend for location to stadium.

I liked the courtesy and kindness of the staff and the possibility to get in 15 minutes in the downtown thanks to the free shuttle service; very good and large room and good fitness centre. Good position of the hotel: near downtown and next to all the main roads of the city. Sometimes, especially in the evening, when I called the hotel to send the shuttle to pick me up in the downtown, the waiting time was high (up to 30 minutes) due to the many requests of the other guests at that time.

“Jessica on reception was fantastic! Hotel and room was very clean and welcoming. Room was very large and bed and pillows were amazing, we had the best nights sleep. Very good location, it is a little away from the city centre but we had some great food at the Gallup Cafe which is only a few blocks away and at a deli just around the corner and you could walk into town if you didn't mind a 30 min walk or so. Would definitely stay there again it was great.” Jessica, Havelock North |
