Waikiki Beach Condominiums  

Det lå centralt tæt på butikker, restauranter og stranden.

Rengøringen var ringe og kom sjældent, vi måtte ringe efter dem! Personalet på kontoret virkede sure og talte ikke pænt. Lejligheden var i dårlig stand!

unit had marble floors, granite countertops, full kitchen, extra large lanai with table and chairs, fantastic views, washer & dryer in unit and to top it off FREE parking

Location, price and staff were great

Room was small and pull out bed was uncomfortable. Elevators were slow as well.

I tuely enjoyed my stay at the Waikiki Beach Condo's it was very affordable, clean and comfortable. Staff was Very Friendly I never had a problem getting ahold of staff if I needed something, I read in others comments that they did because of there not being a front desk but like I said whenever I called I was able to reach someone. I loved the rooftop pool and the remodeling they are doing looks great! I will for sure be booking with them again on my next visits to Waikiki. Great Job guys, Mahalo

The only thing I can say is my room was not yet completely remodeled but I believe they were ready to finish it after my stay. So everything should be finished for my next stay or yours. I do hope they get new beds as well

Simple, clean. Unit needs updating but it is sufficient. Nice to have the washer/dryer as I worked out alot and it was great being able to wash clothes. A half block away is the running path along the canal which was excellent. The building is very secure and you have free parking which is key in Waikiki as this can be very expensive. There are plenty of markets and coffee shops around and the beach is 3 blocks away. If you don't rent a car the buses all stop just around the corner and you can also walk everywhere if you're up for it. This place is a bargain.

There was no hair dryer, I had to go out and buy one. The maids were banging on the door at 8am which wasn't appreciated.

Advertised rollaway bed. Couldn't get one plus there was no room in Condo for one. They did have foam mats (2) in the closet which worked for the kids. No staff to talk to after check-in. Everything was to be communicated by email. i.e. maintenance, manager. Fine if one brought their computer! Saw employee once. Ad didn't state you are 'on your own', just a list on table of all the things you had to do before you left, like see that dishes were washed and removed from dishwasher before leaving. Never heard of this before and I travel a lot. I can see turning on the dishwasher ok, but not waiting around long enough for them to dry so you could put dishes away. Seems to me that the ad said there was maid service? Adults in the bedroom had to watch whatever the kids in LR were watching. Both t.v.'s operated with one cable controller. Should be separate.

Very helpful friendly staff/service. Problems were addressed immediately, especially request for room change. Price good for location.

LONG waits for elevators (possibly because one under repair). Street noise.

I booked a smoking room with a view of waikiki and diamond head. Not!! The entire building is non-smoking and the view was of the building accross the street. There was maid service 2 days of the 9 days we were there. The building is under construction and the elevators take approximately 20-30 minutes to arrive and the electric was off for a time while we were trying to shower. This was a "not so good" experience for our trip to Honolulu.

The staff was very nice and helpful the price was great. It was close to shopping and bars

Parking was bad everytime we would leave we would have to get a new parking stall assigned to us.

Staff are frendly and work really hard to make sure you enjoy your stay. Condos are very clean.

Close to the beach and shopping. I loved the washer/dryer and the kitchen facilities.

It wasn't very clean and it was hard to get in touch with office staff. I called several times with the numbers listed on the info sheet that was given me and just got a recording. I also just tried pushing the office button on phone and always got a busy signal. Heaven forbid there be an emergency. No one ever answered the phone in our 10 day stay. Also, very slow elevators.

Location. The ability to wash and dry our clothes each day, with having a good machine in the bathroom. Nice welcome package when we arrived with coffee, tea, and biscuits. Great view from the balcony and good air conditioning.

Very tatty - needing maintence and repairs, and a good clean. Only 2 of the lifts were working while the third was being repaired, and led to very very slow lift service. Needed to add 10-15 minutes to each trip up and down. Found having no front desk staff tricky - no one to get help from or ask questions of. Internet was very slow and did not work every day.

We loved the location and the view of mountains and canal, still close to everything but not noisy like being on the beach, and the parking a huge bonus as we hear what other people were paying, staff were great, kids loved it being close to beach and shopping, will definitely stay there again on return visit,

Maybe another lounge chair in room, and tv in bedroom, as staying with husband and 2teenage sons, that loved watching the car shows and sport, extra tv would've been nice,

Great location, walking distance to shopping and beaches. Large balcony with good views of the city.

Location is great. Everything are withing your walking distance. Facility was also great, kitchen has large refrigerator , micro wave, toaster, coffee maker , juice maker , tableware etc,.. Bath room has plenty of towel ( each size), washer/dryer with detergent , toilet paper, soap. Staff was friendly. Free parking space.

You should wait long time for elevator coming. Wifi was out of service in our room1905. Tv doesn't work( we've never needed tv though). No security box in the room. Door only has one lock, and fitting of key to lock was bad so door was hard to open. No check in counter in this condo. Telephone was hard to connect to the office.

Great for a long stay. The apt ncluded a full kitchen, a washer/dryer and free parking. The location was also perfect for the price. It was only a couple minute walk to the beach and shops and a short 10-15 min drive to many great restaurants and other attractions.

Great location 2 blocks from Waikiki beach, with a view of the golf course at Ala Wai. Clean, really functional.

The lifts were being fixed so one was out of order and the other 2 didn't synchronise so long waits.

We loved the location and the how high up we were, the view was phenomenal. The staff was helpful and Jeanie was really accommodating with some of the hick ups. We would definitely return.

Building is getting old. So, it seems hard to keep good condition. When we arrived the electricity maintenance was not fixed. House keeper says we should talk to the officer. The working flow is also weak because normally house keeper should check the maintenance each condominium. If some parts were broken house keeper should report to the head office then fix immediately. As a customer, business administration system seems to be down. Therefore, their service could not see something "nice" to us. Also, I was a bit disappointed from Booking.com. Normally, booking.com recommend good hotel, but it was not good as I expected.

Location and long term room amenities

The fact that they lost our reservation and were helpful the first day about relocating us but didn't follow up. The next phone call I received was after I called 3 times, when they stated they would call me the next day. The conversation suddenly turned into an attitude of my fault. Even though it was the hotel that lost my reservation and after I already returned home I received an apology email stating that it was in fact the hotels fault for loosing the reservation and not booking.com

Comfort and location

The apartment served us well for our 8 day stay in Honolulu. It had all the conveniences for modern living. The view of the mountains and houses in the distance from the balcony was stunning. I wish I could live there as the climate was most agreeable with my family members. I will stay there again in the future.

The only complaint was the slowness of the elevator. Otherwise EXCELLENT EXCELLENT.
