Must climb stairs to access a full bathroom. Half bath and 1 bedroom located on the first floor. ☆For the added safety and security of our guests there are security cameras by each entrance and on recording 24/7. ☆ Ask about a Pack n Play and stroller rental. PARKING: This is on a private road that is shared with other townhomes so parking is somewhat tight especially for larger vehicles like trucks and SUVs. There is parking more suitable for larger vehicles just a few minute walk away on intersecting streets. All commercial and large vehicles (trucks, SUV's,etc) must park on that street. Max limit of 4 vehicles parked on street townhome is on per reservation. Additional vehicles can park on intersecting streets. There are no assigned parking spots so if parking is full you may have to park on intersecting street. Please park in line with other neighbors' vehicles to maximize parking space for
