Vila Del Mare is awesome , we love this place. specially during winter, the weather is just fantastic. clean air, good food , french wine, what else you want in life?

I am a Nomad Persian who left Iran in 1978 and immigrated to US, after university lived in Greece and then New Zealand for 14 years. ( Kiwis really not that bad, they just can't play fair Rugby) don't mention RUGBY to Kiwis. For the last 20 years I have lived in Australia with my Russian Queen and two princesses. We bought this house to have as a holiday home and now finally we decided to share our home with other travellers. We are just building studio bungalows next door and they would be ready Dec 2019

We are located next door to Benjor resort so we walk there for breakfast or other meals sometimes , also on other side there is Island Magic resort , we can walk but we drive there ( Quade) cross the road from our front gate there is a road which take you to summit , where Zipline is, some morning we walk up the hill for exercise , it is great way to start your day, very steep but when you get to the top you would love it. get your legs pumped. another attraction is the water world opposite Island Magic. if you are in for a good strong coffee don't miss Tana coffee at the beginning of Devils Point Road. Kayaking in Benjor is fun and cheap. take a day trip to Hideaway Island , good food and not to expensive.You can actually see the Island from our beach front. Taxis are cheap if you want to go to town. Bon Marche is where you do your grocery shopping , the one out of town towards the harbour is the best one. it has over 100 different kind of french cheeses. French baker in Tana Plaza , you must pay a visit and just pig out , we love that place. for nice ready made food there is a deli , near Welco.( Traverse) if you find this place you will never cook at home again.
