Super friendly staff, very good evening activities and complimentary snacks/dinner. Rooms were very clean and there were enough toilets and showers. Would have liked to stay here longer.

The location for sightseeing and dining at amazing restaurants is great. It is also less than 1km away from a nice park for walking and running. There are multiple airport express busses in the vicinity and it is also a quick uber drive. The reception staff is super friendly and having a 24 hour desk made me feel safe wrt two women going out for dinner and coming back later in the evening. It is situated on a quaint street with some lovely bakeries and is quite lively in the evenings with restaurants and cafes.

Great location. Easy access to buses & the metro, as well as, walking distance to most everything in the center of the old city. The neighbourhood was really interesting. The room was in an inner courtyard so it was quiet at night. There was an elevator which made bringing luggage up and down a breeze. The size was perfect for the 3 of us. The kitchen was complete. Th washer was a Godsend and the bathroom was clean and just the right size. The owners were very helpful with the things and information that we needed.

Onefam is a great place to stay if you are looking to have a comfortable stay in a great location. I joined the dinner and evening events which was a great addition that sets Onefam apart from other hostels. The staff was super nice and welcoming, and made you feel right at home. Full kitchen, laundry, and great recommendations. Highly recommend!

Really clean and new hostel in a good neighborhood of Madrid. The beds are comfortable and the showers are hot. They also organize events daily and have free dinner regularly. There’s a spacious common area so it was very easy to make friends here. All the workers were super friendly and helpful, including the volunteers and cleaning staff. Thanks to Gabo especially, who drew out a map of the city for me and answered all my questions during my stay.
