Located only 3 km from Stansted Airport and 500 metres from Hatfield Forest in Takeley, The Green Man Boutique Hotel features free WiFi access and private parking. Airport parking is available on request. Please note that our Deluxe accommodation is located a short drive from the other rooms.

Very good value venue for overnight accommodation when collecting my Colleagues from Stansted Airport. Although I gathered it wasn't the responsibility of the Proprietor of the Indian Restaurant these rooms are above, I hadn't got the access codes I required through the Pre-Registration process, and ultimately he was more than happy to help. He benefitted from my Custom as well, so can also recommend the food and drink available here!

The Inn was aout 5 minutes to the airport, taking their "secret" and scenic back way. Check-in was a wonderful and personal, as the owner just happened by at the right time. The room was big, with a sitting area, a small table and stools, and a tea area, fully stocked.

This was a nice room but note the location is a touch isolated if you don’t have a car. The host offered me a tasty toastie for dinner which I gladly accepted.

For our purposes the Inn was located ideally: 6 min to airport Stansted and close to Great Dunmow. It has a cosy very authentically looking, the staff (owner?) was very friendly and helpful.

An authentic English Bed & Breakfast, with farmland all around. To the side there is a public footpath that takes you on a scenic route through the farmland to Little Canfield, where we had dinner the night before heading off to Stansted for our early morning flight. I would recommend asking about the parking, since we booked parking with Stansted before we realised we could park here for extra, and get a taxi to the airport instead.

Location was great, short bus ride to the airport. The room was tidy with a fridge and a kettle. The courtyard was nice. We sat and ate dinner outside. There is a local pub and takeaways 5 mins walk away. Friendly reception and on time. Very nice layout.
