Sitting in the northwest corner of the alluring West Lake, Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake boasts views of traditional Chinese gardens from most units. The staff here bent over backwards to fulfil my needs. I lost my wallet in Xi'An and thks to Jenny & Alex, they helped communicating to the local police for me. The room was just brilliant! Their indoor pool was super cool! The food at Jin Sha and the staff there was superb! The bath salt in the room smelled soooo good!

Joey, the hotel manager, was extremely helpful in getting us a free upgrade to the king loft with other amenities. Kids loved the two floors and we enjoyed the huge living room too! Will definitely book again!

Located beside the beautiful West Lake in Eastern China, Grand Hyatt Hangzhou is well-equipped with fitness facilities, business centre and rooms with elegant interiors. Very stylish hotel. We enjoyed very much. Nice and very friendly staff helped very good to use the by App rental bicycles (public not hotel). Breakfast was our best in China.
