We opted for the Executive corner suite and it didn't disappoint. The 270 degree view of the Harbor was spectacular. 3 of the four days we were there, a cruise ship docked from early morning to just after dinner. Fireworks right out front on Saturday. The Executive room came with access morning, happy hour, and cocktails/appetizers in the Executive Lounge. We also opted to get the breakfast buffet, which we could take in the main room or the lounge.
Hotel offers a shuttle to main train station (Sonnomiya) and Shin-Kobe (shinkansen) on Sat/Sun.
The location was right across from Harbortown, easy walking distance, next to Meriken park and the Meriken museum. You could walk to Chinatown (or short bus ride), tons of eating establishment choices nearby. This was best hotel, room and Location of my Spring 2024 17 day trip to Japan.
