Very friendly personal, especially Kelvin. I aksed if there was an option to get room without connection and they provided us the best room which was quite and comfortable.

The staff were very compassionate, kind, helpful. The room was huge. The extra table helped for medical devices and med setup--usually we have a desk and nightstand in other hotels and we are very cramped for space. Security was top notch!
Location is perfect for walking and easy of wheelchair use (or stroller or child wagon). There are lots of eateries and stores close by if you need anything or forgot something at home.

It was pretty bad to say the least. We were booked in and the receptionist didn't take the deposit which should have been a red flag but he also indicated that the pool was not open due to an "inspection". The reason we booked that room was because of the indoor pool and free breakfast. Breakfast was not supplied either. The first room we were shown did not have a bathroom door, the room had a bad smell, moldy coffee in the coffee pot, burns and stains in the bedding, television and telephone didn't work. We were shown a second room which was just as bad and didn't have a fridge. The 3rd room was better but the toilet didn't flush, the bedding was still in bad bad condition (blood stains, burns, smell).

No microwave no coffee pot no mini fridge no blow dryer iron soap barley had a towel not impressed. Asked the lady upfront why there were absolutely no amenities... Thought maybe the room was robbed from the last overnight guest 🤷 her response was oh you booked motel 6 ....like that was supposed to answer my question needles to say we just walked out. No further point she obviously could care less. So if you need anything in a room other then a bed stay somewhere else
