The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite & welcoming much better than any Premier Inn or Travelodge, and didn’t expect it for this type of accommodation.

Great location in the city centre, easy to walk to everything and park in a nearby multi-storey. Very friendly staff, who were so welcoming. Large rooms. Very comfortable bed. Great reception area, bar and restaurant - it feels much more classy than staying in an Ibis/ Travel lodge etc. we received a free upgraded as a room was available when we arrived! Amazing.

I got a room for the price of a travelodge, and it was so much more, proper premium hotel feel, I didn't use it, but there was doormen, room service, etc, and the staff were excellent. Two large beds in my room, as a lone visitor. Complimentary bits n pieces in room. Just felt very luxury for the price!

Good location for getting into Birmingham centre (~5 pound uber or you could walk). The staff were friendly and showed us around. The place is easy to find and there is a small shop ~3 mins walk away from the lodge. It was a good price for one night too.

Can't beat the wetherspoons lodges for their great city centre locations and their value for money compared to other hotels. Room was spacious and clean and the staff extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommended

The location of vicarage lodge was very convenient, it is only a short journey to the city centre. Free wifi, tea and coffee are available to all guests. The main door has a coded keypad so very ideal for those visiting for a night out. The man on reception was very helpful and welcoming.
