Good location in the city center. Safe car park. There is a pub and a cafe at the same square, and a very good vegan venue one block away. There is also a great supermarket 5 minutes by foot. Museums and major attractions are in walking distanse. You may even walk to the trailhead to the top of the Table mountain! The view from the rooms are to the Table mountain. Very beautiful, especially at sunrise. The rooms are not big, but very well decorated. All the hotel has one clear African style. It is not posh, but very artistic. Each room has a balcony. The host is a very interesting person to talk to. Breakfast is absolutely splendid! Special thanks for the natural milled coffee sachets! That's a great solution!

Feels like home away from home. Everything about Waterland is amazing. The people- a great friendly family who really cares about you and your experience, Grant the owner will go the extra mile to make sure your trip will be perfect, and will give you all the tips you need. Super clean and well maintained, near a river, close to many beautiful and fun places- Houtbay and it's beach, constantia and its views, and hiking trails. We loved it all.
