The host was very nice and knowledgeable. The apartment is easy to reach, spacious, with a kitchenette, and most of all beautiful. Once we arrived at the property the host opened the door for the stairs and the main door remotely and our keys were waiting in a table, which was easy. We arrived before our check-in time and we were allowed to use the room. The host also sent me how to get to the apartment and another useful tips before my stay. I would definitely recommend. It is very easy to reach the center, just a 10- minute walk to the main attractions.

Fantastic location, away from the busy parts of Venice but easily walkable to shops and restaurants. Also very close to the boat from both the airport and boats to the islands. The apartment itself was beautiful and had everything we needed.

The apartment is wonderful - clean, elegant and well equipped. The two bedrooms were perfect for our family (one parent one teen). The neighbourhood is incredible in that it is both vibrant and quiet. There are lovely restaurants and bakeries close by, at the same time you are away from the crowds of Piazza San Marco. Davide, the amazing host, has excellent recommendations for restaurants and travel, and is kind and attentive. We had an amazing stay and I have already recommended Davide's beautiful home to family and friends as The place to stay in Venice.

Maria is a fantastic host with brilliant communication. The apartment is small but beautifully formed with really thoughtful touches. It's lovely and warm inside but things like fleecy blankets to wrap up warm and sit outside on the candlelit balcony with a glass of wine are such a good idea. She even provides rubber boots in case you are staying when there is aqua alta. The bed was the most comfortable bed we've ever stayed in in a holiday rental. Hat's off to Maria, she is an absolute super star.

The location is perfect, close to the Arsenale stop, in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. We loved the interior of the apartment and the fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom. It was great to have a washing machine.
