The view from our balcony was incredible! Staff were very helpful and kind! Room was huge and bathroom too! They even provided insect repellent in each room! Would highly recommend!

Falls Iguazú Hotel & Spa is set in the 600 Hectareas district in Puerto Iguazú, 700 metres from Shopping Mall. Everything! The staff were exceptional throughout my stay. I loved the hospitality, room, adventures, food, wifi but mostly the staff. They even surprised my fiance with a birthday cake and sang her happy birthday in 3 differentlanguages. I am surprised they knew what she looked like for that surprise. Very impressive. As well our flybondi flight got delayed on our way to Iguazu from Buenos Aires. Instead of arriving at 2 pm, we arrived at 4am the next day. The staff sent us a cab to pick us up at the airport and as well had a late dinner cooked for us to have upon our arrival. I have traveled the world and this is by far the best hospitality I have ever experienced.
