The several pools are simply great, temperature is perfect, ocean view is fabulous, the pool service is amazing. Room service is flawless!!! Even though there are bigger rooms facing the bay I’d highly recommend ocean view, waking up to that everyday is simply priceless. I honestly cannot wait to go back.

Giulio, Javier, Kati.... They try to help you in any kind of issue. They all made our stay the best in cartagena. They have a very nice roof top terrace and a jaccuzi. You can have your breakfast on the terrace if you want. There are Cocteles 2 for 1 all the time. I stayed with a friend and we can recommend the room Las Palmas (right on the top where the terrace is) and media lunia which has a little balcony. Muchas gracias to all of you!!!!

After seeing hotels all around the world and in Colombia this hotel just gets it. They understand what is important to their guests. Great value to money. If I ever come Cartagena again I would stay here.

The location is perfect for easy access to the airport, and the owner and her staff were just wonderful. She even arranged for a 6:30am breakfast and drove us to the airport! She also upgraded us to a room with a balcony. The kindness and service we experienced exceeded our expectations, especially in view of the reasonable room rate. We’ll be back!

The hotel is very close to one of the nicer section of the walled city to go out for drinks (5mn walk).. It is a new hotel with clean and nicely decorated rooms. Better in reality than the pictures. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

It’s a cozy small hotel very well decorated. When you go in, you forget about the chaos of the street. The staff is amazing, everyone made sure we had the best stay in Cartagena. Breakfast was good and big.
