The property is brand new, the staff is incredibly amazing and nice, the whole hotel is stunningly clean. The breakfast varies day to day, they always offer some meat (bacon, sausages etc.), granolas or musli with yoghurt and some fruits (of course you can go for eggs, beans and rice). The rooms are exceptional, the whole atmosphere is just pleasant. The beach is 5mins walk away, and in our opinion, Playa Grande is the most beautiful beach in the area.

The breakfast was awesome, plenty of options to choose, all the ones we tried we liked. The qty is more than enough and they did go the extra mile with my 3 year old to offer something out of the menu that he would like. The room was spacious and clean.

Situated in Guácimo, 13 km from Ebal Rodriguez Stadium, Ecolirios Boutique Hotel and Spa features accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Amazing Boutique Hotel in the middle of the forest which offers a great wildlife and the view from our Suite (Mountainview) was kinda surreal. We also booked a tour which included inter alia horseback riding and waterfall rappelling which we can highly recommend too.

The beach with a lot of bars and restaurants is very close and can be reached by a 2 minutes walk.

Everything was amazing, it is a small b&b in the heart of Puerto Viejo, hosts were super nice and accommodating - they really thought about everything (room was fully equipped with everything you might need, from the iron to bug spray). pool was available at all times, surrounded by beautiful greenery. they also provide breakfast upon request, but we didn't try it.
