Nestled on the shores of Loch Lein, The Lake Hotel has magnificent mountain views. Just 2km from Killarney, a restaurant and the hotel has en suite rooms. the location at the side of the lake was wonderful, lovely walk to Muckross abbey and Muckross house. The hotel is amazing, open fires, great atmosphere with old style furniture, sitting areas, bar. Grounds are lovely, I saw some deer. Its worth having a room with a balcony overlooking the lake. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and had some other meals there as well which were also good.

Location, facilities, spacious and confortable room, easy and free parking, friendly and informative staff and specially the kind and attentive lady at the breakfast room every morning (my son can't forget the cork tea offered by her with such kindness). I will definitely stay again when I get back to Killarney.

Everything was amazing - location, ambiance, super clean, the softest most comfortable bed ever, coffee/tea availae in the room, clean and modern bathroom, view of the ocean from the bedroom window, amazing generous breakfast and the staff - really nice, helpful, friendly. Situated just 21 km from St Mary's Cathedral, Kingston's Townhouse features accommodation in Killorglin with access to a bar, a shared lounge, as well as bicycle parking. The room was delightful. The bed was extremely comfortable. The pizzas they serve in the bar were exceptional!
