And the bartender, whose name we did not catch but she recently returned from studying at Cambridge, was a delightful conversationalist and lovely.

Stadspaleis hotel was the best hotel we stayed in for a long time. The hotel stands in a beautiful position, the staff was very helpful and friendly, public rooms were lovely and full of history, the comfortable bedrooms were well equipped and the restaurant was very cosy and served excellent food. Our stay of 1 night was too short and we hope to return there for a longer stay in the not too distant future.

Librije’s Hotel, in Zwolle’s historic centre, offers elegant rooms and a 3 Michelin-star restaurant in the unusual setting of a renovated 18th-century women’s prison. Free WiFi is available. I loved how dog-friendly they were. A lot of times it‘s said but once there does not feel that way at all. The staff embraced our pup and made us feel like guests and not an inconvenience:)

Located in Zwolle, 700 metres from Poppodium Hedon and less than 1 km from Foundation Dominicanenklooster Zwolle, The luxury Boat offers air conditioning. Everything was amazing we had a great time and experience, the boat was really luxury and well equipped with all what anyone need, the location was excellent exactly in the city center. The owner was helpful and collaborative. AC was very good and cold, the kids room was full of toys which was joyful for my little ones :) The outdoor seating was very nice and the view was charming.
