The young woman who registered us at the front desk was very friendly even though the client in front of us was extremely rude to her, blaming her for the cancelled flight. Later that night a different front desk person arranged for a very early taxi for the airport. Your staff were superb!

Room was clean but had a odor throughout the hotel & room. Never saw staff. Person who registered us in,goes in the back room when finished. You never see this person until you come up to the counter. She never smiled, never welcomed us. When we came down for breakfast there was no breakfast.
