Robert, who helped us get to the room, was very kind and accommodating. The view was incredible and the bathroom was luxurious. Super comfy beds and beautiful decor.

Located in Vancouver city centre, this luxury hotel boasts a glass-domed indoor pool and on-site dining. Cable TV features in all rooms. BC Place Stadium is 1 km away. Everything. Location is perfect. Room was spacious and clean.

Located in downtown Vancouver, this 31-story hotel provides views of the North Shore Mountains. Vancouver Harbour is a 5 minutes' walk from the property, while Stanley Park is 1.3 km away. When we arrived, we were very tired, and I had made the réservation for the wrong date. Mathias was very understanding, behond understanding, and he accommodated us. Very kind and very attentive to our needs. The same for the concierge Kyle. He gave us bottles of water, and sent us a little refreshment to our room. Although we are clients like every clients, we felt privileged.
