Great location, just next to Oodori Station Exit 23. Friendly staff. Room is clean, bed is comfortable. The restaurant on 1/F (Hokkaido Cuisine Kamuy) has delicious food, yet long waiting time for the food to get ready. You may get amenities from 2/F lobby according to your need.

Wonderful breakfast. They track which day of your stay and changed the menu accordingly. Glad breakfast was part of the stay, as the food, view and service was above expectation. If ever in Otaru, will stay there again!

Very convenient location. Room was a good size. Air conditioning was adjustable according to your preferences.

Location was great, easy to walk to the main street and canal. The house was v nice, with nice fittings and facilities. Hosts were responsive over booking.com messaging service. When we had some issues with overnight car parking being more expensive than expected, they bore some of the costs of the car parking of their own accord, which I appreciated.

Strategic place. Mercure Saporro located at the heart of cool town and its near to train station. Its just 5 mins walk. Mc Donalds is right infront infront which u can just cross over. The best and wise place to stay when u visit Saporro❤️

Yoshie san accords guest satisfaction a higher priority than that of her own well being. Which is amazing. You get better and genuine service here than at a hotel. I felt so comfortable that it is only when finished my shower that realized I’ve missed my towel on the bed.
