It was a nice stay. It is a little outdated with dark furniture but it was clean. We are from England and wanted to the "motel" experience from the movies and it was great. The lady on reception was friendly and although it is on a roundabout it was very quiet. There are places to eat/drink within 3 mins walking distance but too far to walk for Manasquan which is a lively little place.

Everything. The staff were very nice and chatted to us whenever we were about. The room was spacious and the balcony area was a lovely bonus. The location was brilliant, perfect stroll to the boardwalk. 2 doors down is an amazing deli/pizzeria. I will return here.

This is a fantastic motel ----a motel from the past. 70 years ago when I was a child my parents would take me to Motels such as this-----on cross-country road trips. I did not think they existed anymore. Clean, modest, wonderful and helpful staff and owner. It was such a pleasure to find that the genuine motel of yester year still exists.

Pleasantly surprised at the cuteness of this hotel. We only stayed 1 night but the staff was lovely during that time. The room was modern and very clean. We even had a chance to use the onsite bikes to ride to breakfast in the morning before we checked out. The 5 Ocean Cafe & Boutique had very cute beach accessories and iced coffee/ espresso.

It was really clean for a motel. It had a nice refreshing outdoor pool that was never very crowded. Staff was always there to help. Walking distance to beach and boardwalk with attractions.

The location was central to shopping plazas, Money order cash checking, liquor store, Dunkin, grocery with ATM cash services, concierges stand and very ample parking. GSR was exceptional and place by office by request and permit late check out. I left keys behind and they stowed securely.

Location was awesome. Only a block away from the beach/boardwalk. Customer service was excellent. She even suggested the apartment that happened to be available and it was actually the best choice. I was able to check-in before usual time which was a huge help especially since I was traveling with children. I would definitely recommend the stay. It’s small and a bit outdated (could use some sprucing up) but that’s minimal If what you’re looking for is a quiet, clean, close to the main attraction place to stay.
