Jenny and Margaret the hosts were amazing. So friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect with plenty of things to do and places to explore. We stayed in the dog house, the shower was amazing and the bed was very comfy. There's no TV but that didn't bother us as we just watched films on our phone after a day out walking whilst relaxing In front of the fire. The welcome pack for the dog and ourselves was a lovely touch and greatly appreciated. Jenny and mags pàtè is absolutely amazing and we bought 4 to take home. The natural plunge pool and sauna was invigorating. The hot tub was also great but it did take 4 hours to heat and about 4 packs of logs so make sure you leave plenty of time to prep for this. We had an amazing stay and would definitely come back in the summer as this place will always be special as we got engaged here and hope we can be together as long as Jenny and mags have been ❣️

Everything you need & more provided, owner very nice, helpful. Always quick to respond. Cottage is beautiful & cosy. Second visit & we will be back again. Highly recommend 😁 x

We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. There was plenty of space for 6 people and 3 dogs. We chose to spend Christmas 🎄 here and it was perfect. Would have liked to stay for longer. The house has plenty of every day items, it turns out we didn't have to take anywhere near as much as we did. We would love to return in the summer to make use of the BBQ area. The hottub was perfect and very relaxing with the added additional features of heating, TV and Bluetooth speakers. Host even washed and posted back some clothes we left behind in our hast of leaving ❤️ Thank you so much Paul and Andrea for making us feel welcome it was perfect.

The cottage was absolutely spotless and full of everything that we needed. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts and they were on hand without being intrusive. Their local knowledge and guidance was invaluable to having a great holiday and we would all love to return there. The cottage and the surroundings are beautiful and the reception was warm and welcoming. You couldn't ask for more !
