Roberta was extremely friendly and accommodating, and constantly checked in to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. At check in, she drove over an hour to come greet me and make fresh pasta for lunch, which was a very pleasant surprise. A minor issue came up during the stay, which was resolved immediately. The apartment turned out to be as described in the listing and photos. I had everything I needed and nothing I didn't. The apartment had a very "at home" and "lived in" vibe that I liked over the "sterile" feel of many hotels. Would heartily recommend.

The 3-story house is fully furnished, it looks like it was inherited from your grandparents with all the furnishings (ancestral glass, etc.). Beautiful view from the windows, especially from the balcony on the first floor, and from the attic you can see the rooftops of the town. Comfortable bedroom with canopy and mirrors, and fully equipped kitchen with coffee, tea and.... an amazing welcome meal from the hostess. It really stays in the memories. A perfect location to explore central Tuscany with endless undulating fields, cypress trees and dirt roads winding among the hills.
