Yiouli and Dimitris are amazing hosts. We felt welcome and safe from the first minute, just like visiting old friends. Dimitris's intro to the island and tips for food/visits was so helpful! I loved the private terrace of room #3 and spent most of my time there reading and relaxing. The room was clean and tasteful. The location was also super convenient: 15 minutes walk downhill to Ermoupolis and 10 minutes uphill to Ano Syros. Taxis are quite cheap in the area, while if you choose to have a car, there is more than enough parking space.

Daily cleaning by very nice lady. We had the sea view room with balcony. It feels brand new. Everything you need is in the appartement. The windows can be blinded during the day which is necessary otherwise it get too hot when you are on the beach. Airco works perfect. Great shower too. The owner, very friendly, has a restaurant with beach beds. It’s in the perfect spot, at the end of the beach to your right. The least amount of wind on a stormy day. Great staff and food. You can reserve a bed and also have breakfast on the beach.

A recently renovated property, DIIO Suites is situated in Ermoupoli near Asteria Beach, Saint Nicholas Church and Industrial Museum of Ermoupoli. Fantastic location near Port. Walking distance to a beach and all the shops. Very modern place and comfortable bed. Host was extremely responsive and helpful.

Set in Vari, a few steps from Vari Beach, Syros Holidays offers accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. super cute hotel, right behind the beach. the staff is super friendly, picked us up from the port and drove us back there even though we left many hours after checking out. the bed is very big and comfortable, the room spacious and clean. we could even see the sea from our balcony which was awesome! we also loved the pool and the comfortable sun beds right by it.

Peter met me at the hostel with a welcoming smile and showed me to my room. It was so nice to walk in and see the stunning decor and to have sweets and coffee ready for my arrival. The facilities were faultless and the air con was such a blessing whilst getting ready for a wedding! It was no problem as well for the host to keep my suitcase for a few hours on my last day whilst I explored. Extra touches were greatly appreciated like water in the fridge and makeup wipes in the bathroom. I wish my stay was longer! If you’re planning a trip to beautiful Syros this is the place to stay! Easy walk from the port and the whole ambiance was calming, clean and refreshing. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!
