The staff were extremely welcoming which made the check in/out process easy. The cleanliness of the room was amazing; I loved the details and design of the guest room we stayed in, in addition to the lovely downtown Toronto view. Not only this but the butler team at the St. Regis is exceptionally great. Sherick, went above and beyond my expectations, which made my experience even better. Moreover, the service we received at the Iridium SPA and at Louix Louis was wonderful, I recommend the breakfast at this restaurant.

Location was perfect and the staff could not have been more helpful helping me get around town, whether it was calling a taxi for me or explaining how to navigate the subway system's new method of payment.
