The owners have really made an effort to make the cottage as cosy and welcoming as possible. They are on site and available without being intrusive. Everything was quality and tasteful - excellent night's sleep. We were snug even in a cold, wet March (lots of details like warm throws) without using the wood burning stove; it would have been very toasty warm if we had. Gardens are beautifully kept with flowers, trees and wildlife to admire from the kitchen window. Thoughtful touches like bread, milk and butter when we arrived.

Do your shopping and enjoy the BBQ 🎱 Gaming room (Pool, Table tennis & Foosball) 🚶‍♀️ Plenty of walking trails with amazing views 🍻 So many great local pubs, especially The Thimble Inn 📍 Close to various historical attractions It was a great escape from busy London life. We are definitely going back!
