Even though she knew limited English, she tried her best and was extremely charming and welcoming. The facilities are very clean and it was easy to meet and socialise with the other guest. The bathroom is very good too, and you could use the shower if you're not comfortable with the Japanese bath culture of using the same water. Plus, cats are very cute too!

Incredible hotel, one of the best we have ever stayed at. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. The food was delicious and the facilities world class.

The stay made me feel at home and would be spacious enough for a full house. I extended my stay 2 times and keep this place in mind as one of the most heartwarming. Kirishima Jingu Shrine is 4.7 km from the villa and Ebino Plateau is 12 km away. The house is located beautifully in the middle of the National Park surrounded by trees. It is decorated thoughtfully and felt like a home far from home. The host was the nicest person we met on our journey. She even helped us with a problem we had with our luggage and took care of us. Thank you so much! We will come back!
