The owner family was really very helpful and quick, when there was something to repair or to improve our (European) expectations. The rooms have very new, huge and modern refrigerators including strong freezer sections. In the sleeping and living rooms are huge and powerful fans installed, which are definitely enough for cooling down the flats, since the hotel is perfectly located next to the north coast. The neighborhood is trustworthy and the owner family is very children friendly, so that we felt like at home after a very short time.

Alamaza bay is one of the best beaches on the North coast. Aura is located in an upper (expensive) part of Egypt - so you might be a bit disappointed with the Hotel, given the price. We paid 150eur / night - although it is not cheap (for Egypt), in Sahel/North Coast, many other hotels cost 10x more, so you need to adjust your expectations. Besides this, Aura is a nice, simple hotel - if you planning to spend a few nights and have friends in other compounds around, it is perfect

Alamaza bay is one of the best beaches on the North coast. Crystal clear, calm, and long stretch of white sand. The hotel is big, and has some amazing views, and a lot to offer. Jazz almaza was the first to open in a complex of 5 hotels. You can always pick other ones and I honestly recommend either Tamerina or Oriental. Food is ok. Very friendly and hard working staff. Overall I had a great stay

The place is absolutely mint. The layout, view, and staff are not a bit short of perfect. It is very noticeable the very first night. I love jumping between resorts on Egypt's north coast. But for this instance, I changed my mind to stay two more nights here. I will add more to what I liked about this place in the next couple of days

The best hotel for families in the whole north coast. Excellent cleanliness, very very nice staff helpful and friendly u would like to specially thank Mr. Ahmed and Mr. Shady elwi for their help and assistance during our stay they are superb. Pools and the beach are fantastic. Restaurant is clean and cozy. A beautiful time to remember.

Our stay was amazing! The Villa was super clean and overlooking the beach directly. All equipments and furniture are new. The owner is very supportive and helpful. This Villa is way better than all hotels i tried in north coast and highly recommend! Thank you for everything :)

Breakfast is perfect , balacona cafe is the best view in marina, the rooms are bigger than any hotels in north coast, the staff are very friendly , the general manager is there any time day or night to solve any problems., everything was beyond expectations.
