This family-run town centre hotel was originally built in 1842 and has many historical features. Rooms are all of a high quality with en suite bathrooms and flat-screen TVs. Everything was great. Value excellent, staff friendly and helpful, good location, very good breakfast included on site.

With superb locally sourced food and an 18th-century oak lounge bar, this hotel is nestled in the spectacular surroundings of the Malvern Hills. Stylish and warm with a real family feel. The rooms were beautifully decorated, warm and the beds were so comfortable. The staff were lovely and in particular Joe who didn't miss a beat when we arrived late to check in (he was in the middle of serving a full restaurant) Joe was back on hand to take our order and serve breakfast with the same polite enthusiasm he showed the evening before.

Our stay was superb, mainly down to Doug who is worth his weight in gold. The cocktail master class was such a giggle and we learnt so much, the dinner was superb (the cooks clearly know their stuff) and breakfast topped it off. The room and views were out of this world.
