With frequent power outages in Madagascar, this place has a really good backup plan of powering standing fans with batteries/generators otherwise it would be too hot to sleep, which is a problem we faced in other hotels

Located near Djamandjara on Nosy Be, Hotel Mahita Tsara is a 5-minute walk from the beach and set above the village of Cocotiers. It offers air conditioning and a restaurant. The staff is incredible. So accommodating and attentive. The view from the room is spectacular. I love the fact they serve meals on the balcony of the room, it felt extremely luxurious. They also organized everything we needed, from drivers to tours. Truly impeccable service

I have traveled a lot and stayed in many hotels, I have never felt this very friendly and human welcome before. It was my first time in Nosy Be and I had no plan. From the first text on whatsapp checking when I will arrive, you can tell how warm the owners were. Lynda the manager was an amazing host and spoiled me to be honestl. She planed for me an unforgettable day trip to Nose Iranja, we went to a local event, and of course visited the center. She has also suggested different plans that I wish I had enough time to do. The hotel is in a quiet location and very calm which allows you to hear the waves that come to the stairs of the hotel at night. Very clean and big rooms, and great food, which I didn't even need to go out for it. The staff were also so kind and very warm. They keep checking on me and making sure I don't need anything. The genuine kindness of all the staff really warmed my heart. They have even drove me to the center to do some last minute shopping. They have arranged all my transportation which it took some stress away from me given that I was there for just a weekend. Overall I felt I am among my friends and family, and I don't say that lightly. This is for sure an experience I will never forget. If you want to have ana amazing experience in the island, I highly recommend this hotel, you won't regret it. I have already given the hotel contact to my friends and colleagues. P.s I don't usually write reviews, so if I wrote this one that says a lot.

Brand new apartment with western standards! Despite the very central location, just meters from the entertainment center of Nosy Be, the apartment is quiet: the builder did a great job with isolation. Air condition and ceiling ventilator are efficient and don't make any noise. As a result, no need to open the windows, less moskitos. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Bedding was very comfortable. Comparatively very high standards.

Valerie and Patrick were amazing, making sure we had everything we needed, very accommodative of what we wanted and overall made us feel at home! The staff were great especially at the restaurant since we had small children who wanted different meals than what was offered on the Menu. Location, facilities and service were fantastic especially if you are seeking for a quiet, laid back, out of the way gate away!!!

The location was fantastic; stunning sunsets, and the oasis of greenery was amazing. The owner Pascal has dedicated the majority of space to the lovely gardens, swaying palms, and all things nature. Both Pascal and the manager Sandrine were incredibly helpful with everything and anything - scooter rental, dive shops, boat trips, trips to the national park, airline issues, local transportation - just a fantastic experience start to finish.

From the first to the last minute everything was just fantastic: - transfer to Eden Lodge from Nosy Be Airport - and back - by car and boat well organised - a personal warm welcome from the manager - extremely friendly and caring staff - delicious food for breakfast, lunch and dinner in a wonderful open air restaurant - a spacious apartment, build - like the whole lodge - with an eco-friendly approach, fitting perfectly into the surrounding - a wonderful beach, where you can swim and snorkle with turtles - options for excurcions with an experienced and thoughtful guide who speakes several languagues fluently - and besides all that the lodge supports the local village and its school children. We can highly recommend a stay at Eden Lodge.

Terletak di Ambatoloaka, Coucher de Soleil mempunyai taman, teres, bar, dan WiFi percuma di seluruh tempat penginapan. Very good value for money. Calm.. turtles all over the place. As I am not fluent in french and the owners (Malagasy/Swiss) assisted me in many many things. They take care of their guests. Absolutely recommended.
