Featuring garden views, 3 Queen Street features accommodation with a balcony, around 600 metres from Calitzdorp Railway Station. We expected a little cottage but it was a gorgeous house, tastefully appointed with great art on the walls and everything you need for your stay. The swimming pool was excellent for the hot karoo days. One of our best experiences yet! Dankie Jaco!

Had a super stay. Took an extra night to enjoy the bush and trails properly. Could easily have stayed longer but for time restraints.

Absolutely beautiful, away from citylife,loved the smell of paraffin lamps and the crickets in the background. Will for sure be back and please gas is enough! Best of all no electri ity to ecperience true Karoo life. No wifi here was the best for our souls.

Situated in Calitzdorp, 1 km from Calitzdorp Railway Station and 49 km from Ladismith Golf Club, @19 Queenstreet offers a garden and air conditioning. Beautiful room, really well decorated with artwork, well spaced out and nice touches. One of the best sleeps we had during our trip. Hosts were welcoming and brought us an umbrella in case we needed as was raining hard. In the morning they had left out a flask of hot water for tea and coffee because there had been a power outage. Would not stay anywhere else in the area but here again. We were not expecting it to be this good as had just booked a few hours before when realising it was getting late and we were not going to make it to next town - so glad we did.

Beautifull grounds, a 25 meter salt water swimming pool, great big rooms and a very weel equiped kitchen. But above all the Wonderfull view of the Red Mountains. It is unsurpassed.

Matjiesvlei Retreat Oudehuiskloof, boasting a garden and barbecue facilities, is situated in Calitzdorp, 19 km from Calitzdorp Railway Station and 32 km from Oude Postkantoor. The area is truly spectacular and quiet. The cottage is so comfortable and had everything we needed. We did the fountain walk nearby and it was beautiful. One can see game playing from the stoep! Lots of beautiful birds. I would definitely visit again.
