Set on the banks of the Zambezi River, Caprivi River Lodge offers accommodation in Katima Mulilo. Stores and amenities are available in Katima Mulilo, 2.3 km away. All units include a seating area. Very relaxed and laid back place right on the river. Garden grounds with lots of bird life right out the door. The management of the property is now Caprivi Adventures tour company, so previous issues with management probably don’t apply. As they are part of a tour company, it’s easy to arrange activities. I had two exceptional birding outings on the river with Riian during my stay.

The best accommodation in the area. Beautiful restaurant right next to the river, memorable sunsets, easy access to town & border. The river is a close walk. Make sure and tell your taxi driver it is the Riverside GUESTHOUSE near the police station, not the Riverside Lodge out of town. An amazing breakfast was included!
